My name is Matt Lettington and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. When I start a session with a client I realize that they are coming in because there is an area of their life that is not “functioning at it’s healthiest level”. My goal is to get you to find that there is hope and that you can achieve the solutions to restore your life to a healthier level.

My specialty is in creating an environment where you can work on your marriage, family or individual issues that are creating anxiety, depression, and a general lack of contentment with life.

I want to point out that I believe that the solutions for our lives will generally include working on our Spiritual, Psychological (emotional), and Physical areas to one degree or another.

Liberty Counseling consists of four Independent Professional Counselors who are licensed with the State of Iowa. All of us bring a variety of skills, gifts, and passions that will benefit you as you seek assistance when there is a serious struggle in your life. We accept most Insurance coverage and each of us will work on a sliding scale if insurance is not available.
